About me

My name is Rafal, but everybody calls me Raf. I am a coach, trainer and public speaker.

I work with people who want to discover and build on their strengths, overcome limitations and simply grow and thrive.  I also help people who are at their career crossroads to find the place and job where they will feel fulfilled and satisfied.

I have spent 20 years working within training and development, creating and executing development programmes for some of the largest corporations in the world, but when faced my personal crossroad, I realised I want to leave my corporate life and use my skills and knowledge to help others.

Just like most of you, I have had my share of success and failure, disappointments and epiphany moments. I build on my professional and life experience to ask you the right questions, challenge you when needed and inspire you to shape your life and discover the brand new world!

I like good coffee and music as well as travelling and getting to know different people and cultures.

I believe we all have our story to tell and I am curious to hear yours.

I have MA Diploma in Culture Studies from the Warsaw University.

I completed my coaching training with The Coaches Training Institute in London as well as executive coaching at University of Cambridge.

I am also an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, both in London.
